Analisis Keberlanjutan Penggunaan Robo Advisor di Indonesia

Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor apasaja yang dapat mempengaruhi seseorang dalam niat menggunakan terus menerus robo advisor di Indonesia. Fokus penelitian tentang bagaimana pengguna menggunakan secara terus menerus robo advisor sebagai media investasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori expectation confirmation model untuk mengetahui bagaimana niat menggunakan terus menerus pada robo advisor di Indonesia. Peneliti menambahkan variabel pengetahuan keuangan sebagai keterbaruan pada penelitian ini. Variabel lainnya seperti kegunaan yang dirasakan, kepuasan, dan konfirmasi diharapkan mampu berpengaruh terhadap niat menggunakan terus menerus robo advisor di Indonesia. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode survei terhadapa 100 pengguna robo advisor dari 6 aplikasi investasi di Indonesia yaitu Bareksa, Bibit, Reliance, Stockbit dan Halofina. Perhitungan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunujukan bahwa, variabel pengetahuan keuangan, kegunaan yang dirasakan, konfirmasi dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat menggunakan terus menerus robo advisor sebagai media investasi di Indonesia. Keterbatasan yang dimiliki pada penelitian ini adalah data pengguna tidak secara langsung didapatkan darii perusahaan penyedia robo advisor di Indonesia.
