Abstract


Training unit yang ada di laboratorium refrigerasi masih banyak menggunakan pengukuran secara manual. Pengambilan data secara manual sangat tergantung pada pengamatan manusia yang mana keakuratan dan waktu pengambilan data tidak stabil dan tingkat akurasinya rendah. Untuk itu perlu dikembangkan alat akuisisi data  menggunakan mikrokontroler esp32 sebagai pengolah data dengan dilengkapi sensor suhu DS18B20, sensor arus litrik SCT013 dan sensor tegangan ZMPT101B. Dari pengembangan alat ini menghasilkan luaran berupa alat monitoring yang mampu menyimpan data pengukuran secara real time dan akurat untuk kegiatan pembelajaran. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa pengukuran parameter sistem tata udara dengan menggunakan Akuisisi Data (DAQ ESP-32) menghasilkan pengukuran yang dinamis, lebih akurat dan tepat dibandingkan pengukuran manual. selisih perbedaan parameter berkisar antara 4 sampai dengan 10 persen.
