Abstract

Abstract
The stability of monolayer buckled-square lattice of SnS has been studied based on three indicators; inter-layers bond energy, phonon dispersion, and molecular dynamics in constant temperature. As a comparison, those three indicators also have been studied for blackphosphorene SnS structure which the stability has been proved. This study of stability has been done using two kind freeware: OpenMX and Alamode.
