Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi pada pelayanan kesehatan sudah semakin maju. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan sudah menetapkan dan menuangkannya dalam sebuah blue print transformasi digital dalam Pelayanan kesehatan khususnya ditingkat primer, dituntut untuk mentransformasikan pelayanan dari perubahan kemampuan sumber daya, menyesuikan proses bisnis yang dimungkinkan secara digital agar dapat menciptakan nilai bagi pasien, karyawan, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menggambarkan faktor kesiapan organisasi dalam menghadapi transformasi digital kesehatan di klinik bakti tunas husada. metode penelitian kulaitatif, menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus yang berkaitan dengan Derivation of success factor fremwork for digital transformation, yaitu beberapa faktor suksesnya tranformasi digital, kemudian dilakukan indeep interview terhadap petugas yang diambil secara perposive sampling, disesuaikan dengan tingkatan pengetahuan dan pekerjaan. Hasil Penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya klinik BTH secara keseluruhan sudah siap dalam menghadapi transformasi digital dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Walaupun demikian faktor digital platform memiliki kendala dari penyesuaian aplikasi dan perangkat dalam implementasi sistem informasi yang akan digunakan. Harus didukung dengan partnership Network yang kuat, jika keputusan organisasi ingin menggunakan aplikasi open source. Dibutuhkan komunikasi dengan pelayanan kesehatan lain yang sudah menggunakannya, agar dapat mempelajari alur dan tantangan dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut.
