Perawatan saluran akar dengan instrumen putar dan restorasi resin komposit penguat fiber

Abstract
perempuan berusia 26 tahun datang ke klinik Konservasi Gigi RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo dengan keluhan nyeri pada gigi geraham kanan bawah setelah mengunyah makanan. Nyeri dirasakan berdenyut dengan durasi semalaman hingga pagi harinya. Gigi tersebut pernah dilakukan perawatan kaping pulpa satu bulan sebelumnya. Pemeriksaan radiograf
menunjukkan terdapat kavitas dengan pulpa terbuka pada permukaan distal gigi 46. Diagnosa kasus ini adalah pulpitis ireversibel disertai periodontitis apikalis. Dilakukan perawatan saluran akar multi kunjungan menggunakan instrumen putar (ProTaper NextTM, Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland) pada gigi 46. Satu minggu pasca PSA dilakukan tumpatan resin komposit dengan penguat pasak fiber prefabricated. Evaluasi satu minggu pasca restorasi menunjukkan kondisi klinis baik dan tidak ada keluhan yang dirasakan pasien. Perawatan saluran akar dengan instrumen putar disertai restorasi resin komposit dengan penguat pasak fiber prefabricated menunjukkan keberhasilan pada kasus pulpitis ireversibel dengan periodontitis apikalis.
