About Journal

Journal of Built Environment Studies (BESt) is a scientific journal with main scope of research in built environment, which is published by the Department of Architecture and Planning, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada. This journal is registered with ISSN no 2746-9069 (online) and 2746-9077 (print), which is published twice a year and contains various topics under the umbrella of architecture, urban planning, and all matters related with built environment starting from design, construction, operation until demolition or redevelopment. We invite interested national and international Authors to submit original research manuscript by following the submission guidelines. Once we received the manuscript, it will be checked its similarity index prior to be assigned to Editors and further reviewed by the reviewers. The accepted articles satisfy the evaluation criteria evaluated by our editors and reviewers. The process of the paper management in our journal is illustrated in figure below.
