COLLABORATION ON TECHNICAL SKILL AND VOCATIONAL ATTITUDE DEVELOPMENT AT SMK MA'ARIF 1 NGLUWAR IN SUPPORTING THE 2030 DEMOGRAPHIC BONUS
Abstract
This research was obtained from Community Service (PKM) activities which are part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely education, research, and community service. The data in this study were obtained from the results of observations, interviews and document studies carried out at SMK Ma'arif 1 Ngluwar, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province, where various problems were found regarding the less than optimal application of work skills and students' work character. Education is an important aspect in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in terms of quality education. SMK Ma'arif 1 Ngluwar has various potentials that can contribute to the entrepreneurship program that has been initiated by the government. There are Fashion Design, Culinary Arts, and Accounting Departments at SMK Ma'arif 1 Ngluwar which can build collaboration between vocational attitudes and technical skills. Human Resources (HR) who excel in moral values and are responsive to technological changes are one of the main foundations of the nation to be able to compete independently at the global level. The results of this study are that the collaborative program for developing technical skills and vocational attitudes implemented at SMK Ma'arif 1 Ngluwar will be a basic pillar in achieving the 2030 Demographic Bonus to the maximum.
