Peran media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran interaktif (interactive marketing) Perpustakaan
Abstract
Pemanfaatan media sosial oleh perpustakaan merupakan wujud eksistensi perpustakaan sehingga dapat lebih dekat dengan pemustaka. Perpustakaan perlu mengoptimalkan media sosial untuk membangun koneksi informasi dengan pemustaka dan meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan. Salah satu strategi pemasaran jasa perpustakaan adalah melalui media sosial, karena media sosial telah menjadi platform yang sering digunakan sebagian masyarakat untuk menghabiskan waktu secara online. Media sosial memiliki potensi yang efektif untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih dekat dengan pemustaka dan membangun komunikasi antar-perpustakaan.
