Layanan online Perpustakaan sebagai keniscayaan di masa pandemi
Abstract
Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak di setiap sektor kegiatan masyarakat. Perpustakaan sebagai salah satu lembaga yang terdampak melakukan berbagai pembatasan dan inovasi dilakukan agar tetap dapat menjalankan misinya. Berbagai inovasi secara kebijakan maupun teknologi ditempuh untuk menjawab semua tantangan akibat pandemi. Inovasi yang ditempuh adalah dengan menjalankan layanan secara online. Ada sebab dan kondisi lain yang memaksa perpustakaan untuk terus melakukan inovasi dalam aktivitas layanan. Kondisi tersebut secara internal dan eksternal mendorong layanan informasi, administrasi dan akses koleksi online terlaksana.
