Plagiarism Policy

SEAJ-ALGOV upholds a strict policy against plagiarism and self-plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening using recognized similarity-detection tools. The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%, as identified through plagiarism-checking platforms.

Similarity checks are conducted to detect overlapping content with previously published works. Authors are therefore required to use proper quotations, citations, and references for any material derived from other sources. The responsibility for ensuring that a manuscript is free from plagiarism and other forms of academic misconduct rests entirely with the author.

Before publication, the Editorial Board conducts an additional verification process, which includes plagiarism screening against internal records and, where applicable, external online databases. Manuscripts exceeding the acceptable similarity threshold may be rejected or returned to authors for revision.
