The role of parents as leaders in the dynamics of families in Kota Bandung is increasingly complex, given the significant influence they have on the upbringing patterns of children. Critical questions arise regarding the impact of a working mother on the development of a child, sparking debates on whether the loss of this role has a significant effect or not. This research aims to determine the influence of Alpha Female on parenting patterns in the city of Bandung. The method used is a quantitative approach, with a population of 100 children aged 17-25 years in the areas of North Bandung, East Bandung, West Bandung and South Bandung. This research focuses on the relationship between Alpha Female and parenting patterns in Bandung City. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant positive correlation between the Alpha Female variable and parenting patterns, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.198. The coefficient of determination of 19% implies that most of the variation in parenting patterns can be explained by the role of the Alpha Female, while the remaining 81% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. Simple linear regression analysis confirms that Alpha Female has a significant influence on parenting patterns, with a t-test significance value of 0.048. Rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha is supported by tcount (2.004) which exceeds the ttable value at the significance level of 0.05. These results provide a strong indication that the role of Alpha Female has a significant impact in shaping child rearing patterns in the city of Bandung. Thus, this research offers an important contribution in understanding the dynamics of the relationship between Alpha Females and parenting patterns.
Syifa KhoirunnisaYadi RuyadiNindita Fajria Utami

https://journal.ugm.ac.id/v3/pswk/article/view/12792

This research aims to explore the perceptions of emerging adult women (aged 18-25 years) regarding fairness in Romantic Relationships. A total of 243 participants with an average age of 18 years (M = 22.5) answered open-ended questions about their perceptions of fairness in Romantic Relationships. The interview results were then analyzed thematically and categorized to obtain themes related to fairness in Romantic Relationships. Through qualitative methods with thematic analysis, it was found that fairness in Romantic Relationships is perceived when: 1) There is reciprocity, meaning the relationship is mutual or two-way; 2) There are shared goals; 3) There is equity or fairness, indicating that treatment in the relationship can be predicted; 4) There is no discrimination, meaning there is no differential or special treatment due to certain factors such as gender; 5) There is self-awareness, meaning both parties are aware of fulfilling their rights and obligations. These five themes appear to be in different psychological explanation domains, namely personal, interpersonal or relational, group, and even intergroup. These findings demonstrate the novelty of the fairness concept, which makes it understandable that research and interventions on fairness in romantic relationships have not yet been successful. This is because fairness concepts have been explained only in the interpersonal or relational domain so far, whereas this research finding indicates three other interconnected explanation domains that define the fairness concept in romantic relationships.
Muhammad Zein PermanaFerren Azzahra Putri

https://journal.ugm.ac.id/v3/pswk/article/view/13672

The ideal family according to Islam is described in the Qur'an as a family that practices Islamic law with full awareness and obedience. This includes fearing Allah, creating a family that lives in balance with the teachings of Islam, and maintaining values and faithfulness in family life. Islam emphasizes the importance of the family as the main foundation in the formation of a good society. Interpretations of the Qur'an by Sayyid Outb and the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs highlight the need to protect the family from the threat of hell. In Indonesia, there are several ideal family types, including nuclear, conjugal and extended families, each with defined roles for the father, mother and children. Roles in the ideal family include breadwinning, education, protection, as well as the development of children's psychosocial aspects according to their development. This research compares theories, findings and analysis to answer the problem statement clearly and concisely.
Firman RobiansyahFadma Alyah ZahraRatu Siti LutfiiahShofia Zailanty
