Analisis Kebutuhan UMKM Indonesia Dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Penalaran Hierarki Maslow Secara Organisasional

Abstract
Penelitian ini telah mengurutkan kebutuhan UMKM dan menganalisisnya. Urutan kebutuhan UMKM setelah dianalisis secara urut adalah aksesibilitas modal, teknologi informasi, kualitas layanan, keunggulan kompetitif, dan inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah kebutuhan-kebutuhan dalam UMKM mampu meningkatkan kinerja mereka dari perspektif baru, yakni menggunakan kerangka logika Maslow dengan valensi teori untuk konteks organisasi atas alasan seolah-olah UMKM itu adalah manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei secara online kepada para pelaku UMKM provinsi di Indonesia yang memenuhi kriteria modal usaha atau hasil penjualan tahunan sesuai PP Nomor 7 Tahun 2021. Responden yang terkumpul sejumlah 374. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan akses modal, teknologi informasi, kualitas layanan, keunggulan kompetitif, dan inovasi, berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM.
