Nurashikin, Nazer Mohamed holds the position of Director, Centre of Graduate Studies and Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Economic, Business and Accounting at i-CATS University College. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Marketing–Digital Marketing in 2023 from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). Her re- search interests include marketing, digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and entrepreneurship. She has published extensively in reputable academic journals. Her scholarly work covers areas such as influencer credibility, information adoption, consumer purchase intention, technology acceptance, e-wallet usage, and organizational behaviour.
Norizan Jaafar Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Malaysia
Jaafar, Norizan is an Associate Professor and Head of Postgraduate Studies at the Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She received her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Marketing from the University of Stirling, UK (2012). Her research interests span marketing, management, tourism, strategic orientation, customer value co-creation, digital marketing, consumer behaviour, entrepreneurial intention, service quality, and sustainable development. Dr. Norizan has an extensive publication record, with articles published in high-impact international journals. Her works have been widely cited, particularly in areas such as service quality, strategic orientation, entrepreneurial intention, and customer satisfaction.
