UTAMA, Cynthia A. is a lecturer at Bachelor Degree as well as Master Degree, and a research fellow at Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia (FEUI). She was a Head of Management Research Centre at Graduate School of Management FEUI from 2008 until 2009. She earned her Master of Science (1999) and Ph. D (2006) from Graduate School of Management, FEUI; and Bachelor of Management (1996) from Extension Program of FEUI. Her area of interest includes investment in capital market, corporate finance, and corporate governance. She has authored a number of articles and papers and has presented her research works in international as well as national conference/seminars.

Haidir Musa

MUSA, R. Haidir, earned his Master of Science in Management degree (2009) from the University of Indonesia. Since July 2012, he is a Head of Economic Analysis Unit at PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (Indonesia Stock Exchange), a unit that responsible to provide analysis and research related to the current economic development. In early 2010, he joined PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk as Analyst in the Directorate of Change Management Office, a directorate that was especially established to manage strategic initiatives related to company transformation, including non-organic growth through mergers, acquisitions, and alliances. He commenced his working carrier as an Analyst and Executive Assistant with a health care company in Bali in 2006.
