IRAWANTO, Dodi, is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources Management in Management Department, Brawijaya University, Indonesia. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cross-cultural leadership from Massey University, New Zealand. His areas of research are cross-cultural management, leadership and organisational behaviour. He has served as researcher, lecturer, and trainer in the area of Human Resources Management Development and Leadership Development nationwide. He is a university lecturer who teaches Organization Behavior, Human Resources Management, Leadership, and Change Management. RAMSEY, Philip, is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Learning at Massey University in New Zealand. His doctoral research examined the development of “learning cultures” in organisations which shaped the extent to which organisations could act as learning organisations. His current teaching and research focuses on application of organisational learning concepts, particularly in educational institutions.
