Ansori, Ayu Diana, is a lecturer at Yogyakarta State University. She earned Bachelor Degree in Management (2016) from Gadjah Mada University, and her Master of Busi- ness Administration (2021) from Gadjah Mada University. Her research interests are m-payment, satisfaction, and consumer behavior.

Nugroho, Sahid Susilo, is a lecturer and marketing researcher at Gadjah Mada University. He earned his Doctorandus in Management (1992) from Gadjah Mada University, his Master of Science in International Business (2003) from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and Doctor of Business Administration (2005) from Maastricht School of Management at Maasticht, the Netherlands. His research in- terests encompassing Online Shopping, Influencer Marketing, Mobile Payment, and Artificial Intelligence. He has publications in national and international journals, the recent ones include Young Consumers, Journal of Global Fashion Marketing, Journal of Financial Service Marketing, and International Journal of Bank Marketing.
