Internet-based Cognitive Behavior Therapy untuk Mengurangi Kecemasan Sosial pada Dewasa Awal

Abstract


Kecemasan sosial yang tidak ditangani dapat menjadi lebih buruk dan dapat meningkat menjadi gangguan jika tingkat kecemasan semakin tidak rasional dan mengganggu kegiatan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah internet cognitive behavior therapy mampu mengurangi kecemasan sosial pada dewasa awal. Metode sampling dalam penelitian adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria partisipan berusia 18-25 tahun, tinggal di Indonesia, memiliki akses internet, telepon pintar dan laptop, memiliki tingkat kecemasan sosial tinggi, dan belum pernah mendapatkan terapi CBT. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 3 orang yang telah memenuhi kriteria dan tinggal di Semarang, Jakarta dan Balikpapan. Kondisi kecemasan sosial diukur menggunakan skala Kecemasan Sosial (=0,9) sebelum dan setelah menjalani program ICBT, serta follow-up selama 7 minggu pasca intervensi ICBT. Hasil analisis statistik penelitian menggunakan Uji Friedman (p=0,97; p>0,5) tidak menunjukkan penurunan signifikan pada tingkat kecemasan sosial.
