Yuning Widiarti earned her Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees in Telecommunication Engineering and Control Systems from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia. She is currently the Head of the Marine Electrical Engineering Study Program at Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya. Her research interests include wireless communication, underwater acoustic communication, Internet of Things (IoT), data communication, signal processing, and control systems. She has authored several publications indexed by Scopus and Google Scholar, with topics covering ROV-based inspection, biofouling detection, IoT-based communication, and underwater acoustic communication. She is also actively involved in product-oriented and applied research projects aimed at supporting innovation and practical implementation in the maritime and aquaculture sectors.

Adianto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Telecommunication Engineering and a Master’s degree in Telematics from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). He is a lecturer in the Department of Ship Electrical Engineering at Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya (PPNS). His research interests include the Internet of Things (IoT), data communication, artificial intelligence (AI), and industrial automation, with contributions to publications and applied research in these areas. In addition to his academic role, he is actively involved as a trainer for Data Communication and Industrial Automation Certification programs, supporting professional skill development. His contribution to the current paper reflects his expertise in applying IoT and communication technologies to ship electrical systems and industrial automation.

Purwidi Asri is a lecturer and researcher in the field of Marine Electrical Engineering and Control Systems at Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya (PPNS), where he has served as a permanent faculty member since 2011.
