Abstract
ABSTRACT
The digital revolution in public services is a response to the massive development of technology and information systems. The Government of Pariaman City has transformed into a smart city by developing various digital services. This research aims to analyze various digital services in Pariaman City to support the city's strategic leadership and digital leadership. The method used is phenomenology. Data used in this study are derived from literature reviews and observations on various developed applications. Data validation was carried out through triangulating observations, government documents and records, literature studies, member checking, and expert responses. The research results show that the Government of Pariaman City provides digital services in the form of applications/information systems and websites containing information and facilitating public access to public services. The utilization of digital services by the community eases the government's data collection process, including data related to population, economy, security, welfare, disasters, and civil servant performance. These data are used for the development planning of Pariaman City. In the context of regional resilience, Pariaman City can undergo rapid transformation through digitalization approaches. Therefore, the various digital services developed in Pariaman City greatly support the realization of regional resilience through digital leadership.
