More than 12 years working as Cost Engineer & Project Management, Management Trainee, Project Team, Lecture for upstream oil & gas business unit on various construction contract of large scale facility, infrastructure and Oil/ Gas Industries, Mining, Education and Research Institute such as Chevron, Freeport McMorran, MBA ITB and LAPI ITB. He has also exposed in all cost engineering process ranging from project pudgeting and controlling, Propose Work Program and Budget (WP&B) to Goverment; Project Authorization for Expenditure (AFE); Project portfolio monitoring and controlling with budget approximately more than USD 50 MM(all phase of engineering); Developing Cost Estimate Major Capital Project and Small Capital Project from Project Stage 1 to Project Stage 5 using standard template and software (Aspentech) with various method (Capacity Factor Estimate, Equipment Factor Estimate, Happel’s Method, Process Equipment Cost, Parametric Cost Estimate, Detail Estimate); Project weekly and monthly reports update (register follow up for each discipline such as Civil, Instrument & Electrical, Mechanical, Process and Tank facilities) ; Project schedule monitoring report updated, Material arrangement;Earned value monitoring and control ; Monthly cost report; Project back charges handling; Project forecast review report, Budget adjustment; Monthly project financial reports; Project Close Out ; Project Look Back ; Placed Into Service Report submission to SKK Migas(Production Sharing Contract (PSC)); Project Close Out Report submission to SKK Migas(Production Sharing Contract (PSC)). He also become a dirigent and liasson between Finance, SCM, Engineering and Construction team to ensure project earned value progress implementation meet with monthly project plan target within +/- 10% every month.
