Abstract


In industrial relations, law and power are interdependent. Although workers and employers need each other, but the relationship is always one-sided dependence. Lack of access to power resources has made the law does not side with workers, because as a political product, law is not sterile and neutral from interest.

 

Dalam hubungan industrial, hukum dan kekuasaan saling bersinergi. Sekalipun buruh dan pengusaha saling membutuhkan, tetapi hubungan ketergantungan tersebut senantiasa berat sebelah. Minimnya akses terhadap kekuasaan telah menjadikan hukum tidak berpihak kepada buruh, karena sebagai produk politik, hukum tidak steril dan netral dari pergulatan kepentingan.
