Abstract


Munculnya Pandemik Covid19 mempengaruhi aktivitas pada berbagai bidang kehidupan, termasuk layanan akses arsip. Layanan arsip secara konvensional harus diubah menjadi layanan arsip secara digital dalam jaringan guna meminimalkan kontak fisik antarmanusia dalam rangka pencegahan penularan wabah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses digitisasi arsip statis, layanan arsip digital dalam jaringan, dan kelebihan dan kekurangan layanan arsip digital dalam jaringan di Arsip universitas Gadjah Mada. Dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa proses digitisasi arsip yang dilakukan di Arsip UGM meliputi berbagai jenis material arsip, serta layanan arsip dilakukan dalam jaringan dengan Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Statis. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggambarkan kelebihan dan kekurangan layanan arsip digital dalam jaringan di  Arsip universitas Gadjah Mada.
