Abstract


Library Anxiety is a feeling of discomfort, inability, fear of librarians, and various negative thoughts about libraries that can make it difficult for users to use the library. This research was conducted to examine how much influence library anxiety of Postgraduate Interdisciplinary Islamic Studies students has on the use of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga library. The research method uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive quantitative type. The sample taken was 80 respondents from Postgraduate Interdisciplinary Islamic Studies students using random sumpling. Data processing is carried out based on the results of data collection through questionnaires. The results show that the influence of library anxiety of Postgraduate Interdisciplinary Islamic Studies students on the use of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga library has a percentage of 20.7% and 79.3% influenced by other factors not examined in this research. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the library anxiety of interdisciplinary Islamic studies postgraduate students on the use of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga library
