Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 menimbulkan dampak dalam berbagai sektor. Dalam konteks pemberdayaan masyarakat di
seputar area operasional perusahaan, dampak pandemic terhadap sektor perekonomian membentuk pola pikir mitra binaan untuk melakukan upaya pemulihan masyarakat terdampak dengan memanfaatkan sumberdaya dan relasi yang mereka miliki. Program Sabilulungan Masyarakat Ibun Saling Tolong Menolong (SALTO) merupakan inisiatif mitrabinaan Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang dalam mendukung penanggulangan COVID-19 di Kecamatan Ibun, Kabupaten Bandung. Artikel ini akan membahas kerjasama mitra binaan dengan perusahaan dalam membangun kapasitas masyarakat dalam menyelesaikan masalah mereka sendiri dan memanfaatkan peluang dan sumber daya yang mereka miliki. Kolaborasi dengan perusahaan ditunjukkan dengan perusahaan mengambil peluang tersebut sebagai sustainability assistance program penanggulangan COVID-19. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan konsep self-help approach. Dalam artikel ini disimpulkan bahwa program tersebut mampu meningkatkan perekonomian mitra binaan dengan melibatkan mereka (self-help) dalam penyediaan bahan pangan, pemberian edukasi penanganan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus dan kewirausahaan serta pelayanan sosial.

Collaborating in community development requires thinking patterns, skills and knowledge that are based on the principles of collaborative problem solving. Corona’s problems outbreaks which impacted in an economy shaped the mindset of the fostered partners to make efforts in recovering affected COVID-19 communities by utilizing existing resources and relationship they have. SAMBIL SALTO Program is an initiative from PGE Kamojang Area partners in supporting COVID-19 countermeasures in Ibun District, Bandung. This article will discuss the cooperation of fostered partners collaboratively in building capacities in terms of solving their problems, utilizing the opportunities and resources they have and the company took the opportunity as a sustainability assistance program for COVID-19 countermeasures. Writers use descriptive qualitative methods with self-help approaches. The program is able to improve the economy of the fostered partners by involving them in the provision of food, providing education on the handling of special needs, entrepreneurship and social services.
