Gangguan Psikologis pada Mahasiswa Jenjang Sarjana: Faktor-Faktor Risiko dan Protektif

Abstract


Mahasiswa merupakan kelompok yang rentan mengalami gangguan psikologis. Maka dari itu, diperlukan informasi mengenai faktor-faktor yang membuat mahasiswa lebih rentan mengalami gangguan, serta juga faktor yang dapat melindungi mahasiswa dari gangguan psikologis. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling dengan populasi adalah mahasiswa sarjana angkatan 2017-2019 di Universitas X. Total partisipan adalah 674 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur SRQ-20 dari WHO untuk mengukur gangguan psikologis. Kemudian, faktor-faktor yang ditanyakan adalah jenis kelamin, angkatan, aktivitas olahraga, aktivitas hobi, jenis hobi, merokok, riwayat keluarga mengalami gangguan psikologis, riwayat menggunakan layanan psikologis, riwayat diagnosis depresi dan kecemasan dari psikolog/psikiater, dan pengalaman trauma masa kecil dan remaja. Setiap faktor ditanyakan menggunakan satu pertanyaan saja dengan pilihan jawaban, ya, tidak, atau tidak berkenan menjawab. Analisis yang digunakan adalah t-test dan ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya faktor angkatan, aktivitas merokok, riwayat keluarga mengalami gangguan psikologis, dan jenis hobi yang tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan pada rata-rata gangguan psikologis (p > 0,05). Alasan dan implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini juga dibahas secara detail.
