Kesejahteraan Psikologis pada Ibu yang Berperan Ganda Ditinjau dari Dukungan Suami dan Tekanan Psikologis

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan suami dan tekanan psikologis pada ibu yang berperan ganda. Kesejahteraan psikologis dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu usia, pendapatan, etnis, dukungan sosial, tekanan psikologis, status keuangan, status pernikahan, kehadiran anak, stabilitas pekerjaan, status sosial dan ekonomi, budaya, dan evaluasi terhadap beberapa area kehidupan. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 orang ibu yang memiliki peran ganda, berusia 23 sampai 28 tahun, memiliki pasangan dan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala kesejahteraan psikologis (Psychological Well Being Scale yang disusun oleh Ryff), skala dukungan suami yang diadaptasi dari Support in Intimare Relationship Rating Scale, dan skala tekanan psikologis (Kessler Psychological Distress Scale K-10). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dan tekanan psikologis terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis (Ryx1x2 = 0,379; p < 0,01). Selain itu, terdapat hubungan positif antara dukungan suami dan kesejahteraan psikologis (rx1y = 0,298; p < 0,05). Hasil selanjutnya juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara tekanan psikologis dengan kesejahteraan psikologis (rx2y = -0,322; p < 0,05). Hal ini berarti ketika ibu yang berperan ganda memiliki dukungan suami yang tinggi dan tekanan psikologis yang rendah, maka kesejahteraan psikologis akan tinggi, begitu pula sebaliknya. Sumbangan yang efektif dari kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis adalah 12,9%.
