Pengaruh Terapi Mindfulness untuk Menurunkan Tingkat Depresi pada Ibu Hamil Risiko Tinggi

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi mindfulness terhadap penurunan tingkat depresi pada ibu hamil risiko tinggi. Subjek penelitian adalah empat orang ibu hamil risiko tinggi, berusia 32-39 tahun dan terindikasi mengalami depresi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain eksperimen one group pretest-posttest design. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS), wawancara sebelum dan sesudah pemberian terapi, dan observasi sebelum, saat, serta sesudah pemberian terapi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Friedman Test statistik nonparametrik untuk melihat perbedaan skor pre-test, post-test, dan follow up pada kelompok eksperimen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa skor chi square sebesar 8,000 (p <0,05). Artinya bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat depresi antara skor pre-test, post-test, dan follow up.  Partisipan penelitian pada kelompok eksperimen mengalami penurunan tingkat depresi setelah mendapatkan terapi mindfulness. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terapi mindfulness berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tingkat depresi pada ibu hamil yang beresiko tinggi.
