Pengaruh Pelatihan Go/NoGo Task terhadap Resiliensi Ditinjau dari Inhibitory Control pada Taruna Akademi Militer Indonesia

Abstract


Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk bangkit dari keterpurukan dalam kondisi yang sulit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pelatihan Go/NoGo Task terhadap Resiliensi dimoderatori oleh inhibitory control. Penelitian terdahulu terhadap Taruna Akademi Militer menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan jumlah Taruna yang mendapatkan sanksi dengan alasan permasalahan indisipliner, yang merupakan akibat dari resiliensi yang rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan digital game-based intervention experiment kepada 19 partisipan di kelompok high resilience experiment dan medium resilience experiment. Tidak ada perlakuan yang diberikan kepada 19 partisipan lainnya di kelompok high resilience control dan medium resilience control. Hasil menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol pada inhibitory control. Hasil ini dapat disebabkan oleh proses partisipan dalam melakukan inhibisi terhadap pelatihan adalah bottom-up process, bukan seperti yang diharapkan yaitu top-down process. Meski terdapat korelasi positif antara inhibitory control dengan resiliensi Taruna Akademi Militer, pelatihan Go/NoGo Task juga tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap resiliensi. Beberapa hasil lain juga ditemukan dalam penelitian ini.
