Author Fees

JCOEMPH is  open access journal, dedicated to publishing research in community empowerment for health.

Starting from Volume 9 Number 2 (August 2026), the Journal of Community Empowerment for Health (JCOEMPH) will implement an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy.

The details of the APC are as follows:

  • Submission Fee: IDR 0 (free of charge)
  • Publication Fee: IDR 1,000,000 (to be paid only after the manuscript is accepted for publication)

This publication fee is introduced to support various aspects of the journal’s publishing process, including editorial handling, manuscript processing, layout and formatting, DOI registration, as well as website and server maintenance.

We understand that some authors may have limited funding. Therefore, if you are unable to pay the publication fee, you may request a waiver. Authors can inform the editorial team after their manuscript has been accepted, along with a brief explanation or supporting evidence regarding the need for a waiver.

This policy is implemented as part of our commitment to maintaining the quality of editorial services and ensuring the long-term sustainability of JCOEMPH.

 

Refund Policy

Please note that Article Processing Charges (APC) are generally non-refundable once payment has been completed, as the manuscript will have proceeded to the production stage.

We kindly encourage authors to ensure that their manuscript is ready for publication before proceeding with the payment.
