Implementasi Tatalaksana Anemia Defisiensi Besi pada Ibu Hamil: Scoping Review

Abstract


Latar Belakang: Penyebab utama anemia selama kehamilan adalah defisiensi zat besi. Implementasi tatalaksana anemia yang tepat sangat penting, sehingga intervensi yang diberikan akurat dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.

Tujuan: Mengkaji bukti terkini implementasi tatalaksana anemia defisiensi besi selama kehamilan.

Metode: Scoping review menggunakan framework Arksey dan O’Malley. Peneliti menggunakan tiga database yaitu Pubmed, Science Direct dan Gray literature (Google Scholar). Hanya artikel asli teks lengkap yang diterbitkan dalam bahasa Inggris antara 2010-2020 sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi.

Hasil: Dari 110 artikel relevan, lima artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan grade A. Terdapat dua tema peran, yaitu penerapan four pillars approach, dan pendidikan kesehatan, sedangkan hambatan adalah minimnya kompetensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan klinis tenaga kesehatan, faktor sociocultural, belum tersedia pedoman klinis komprehensif terkait penatalaksanaan anemia selama kehamilan, sarana, dan dukungan suplementasi zat besi kurang memadai.

Kesimpulan:  Terdapat peran dan hambatan tenaga kesehatan dalam implementasi tatalaksana anemia defisiensi zat besi pada ibu hamil.
