Efektivitas Mobilisasi Sendi dan Pelatihan Stabilisasi Lumbopelvis pada Non-Specific Low Back Pain

Abstract
Latar Belakang: Non-specific low back pain merupakan tipe nyeri muskuloskeletal yang sering dilaporkan. Permasalahan yang biasanya menyertai non-specific low back pain di antaranya adalah keterbatasan gerak sendi lumbopelvis, nyeri, serta disabilitas punggung bawah. Terdapat beberapa penanganan yang dapat diberikan untuk memperbaiki gerak dan fungsi pada non-specific low back pain,yaitu melalui pemberian modalitas elektroterapi, terapi latihan, serta manual terapi.
Tujuan: Membandingkan efektivitas penambahan mobilisasi sendi dan pelatihan stabilisasi lumbopelvis (Mostab) pada penanganan standar fisioterapi berupa intervensi ultrasound therapy (UST) dan pelatihan peregangan dalam menurunkan disabilitas punggung bawah.
Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dan peserta penelitian dibagi secara acak ke dalam 2 kelompok. Kelompok kontrol (n=12) diberikan UST + pelatihan peregangan, sedangkan kelompok perlakuan (n=12) diberikan UST + pelatihan peregangan + Mostab. Alat ukur evaluasi terapi yang digunakan adalah modified oswestry disability index versi Indonesia (MODI).
Hasil: Hasil uji komparasi antar kelompok didapatkan nilai yang signifikan (p=0,000) antarkedua kelompok. Penambahan Mostab pada intervensi ultrasound therapy dan pelatihan peregangan lebih signifikan daripada kombinasi ultrasound therapy dan pelatihan peregangan saja dalam menurunkan disabilitas pungggung bawah pada non-specific low back pain.
Kesimpulan: Mostab efektif dalam menurunkan disabilitas pungggung bawah pada non-specific low back pain.
