2025, JANUS was changed the editor in chief from Dr. Daud Aris Tanudirjo, M.A. to Prof. Dra. Anggraeni, M.A., Ph.D.

2023, JANUS was firstly established.

2022, JANUS was initiated by The Department of Archaeology. Dr. Daud Aris Tanudirjo, M.A. appointed as the first Editor in Chief.
