Editorial Team Update!

We would like to inform our authors, reviewers, and readers that several adjustments have been made to the Agroindustrial Journal Editorial Team.

The following changes have taken:

• Dr. Didik Purwadi has been replaced by Dr. Nafis Khuriyati as a member of the Editorial Team, following the transition of the Head of the Department of Agro-Industrial Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Universitas Gadjah Mada.
• Prof. Mochammad Maksum, Dr. Endy Suwondo, and Dr. Makhmudun Ainuri have concluded their service on the Editorial Team following their retirement.

We sincerely appreciate the valuable contributions and dedication of Prof. Mochammad Maksum, Dr. Didik Purwadi, Dr. Endy Suwondo, and Dr. Makhmudun Ainuri throughout their service to the journal. We also warmly welcome Dr. Nafis Khuriyati and look forward to her contributions in supporting the continued development and quality of Agroindustrial Journal.

Publication Fee Updated!

Please be informed that effective 1 January 2026, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 500,000 will be applied to all papers accepted for publication.

This fee is intended to support the editorial and publication process. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. Thank you.
