Ilmu Pertanian (Agricultural Science) as the Journal of Tropical Sustainable Agriculture : publishes peer-reviewed articles, reviews, and short communications that advance scientific understanding and innovation in tropical agricultural systems, with a particular focus on Asia and Africa. The journal aims to promote sustainable, climate-resilient, and resource-efficient agriculture that supports food and feed security, environmental sustainability, and rural livelihoods in tropical regions. Ilmu Pertanian (Agricultural Science) is published three times annually, April, August, and December.
Ilmu Pertanian (Agricultural Science) is published by Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Gadjah Mada and Perhimpunan Sarjana Pertanian Indonesia (PISPI) is nationally accredited with Sinta 2 as a scientific journal by the Ministry of Research-Technology and the Higher Education Republic of Indonesia valid from Vol.10 No.1 2025 to Vol.14 No.2 2029.
