Ilmu Pertanian (Agricultural Science) is a scientific, open access, peer-reviewed journal and provides publications of tropical agricultural science with the scope of smart agriculture, agronomy, plant science, soil science, genetics and plant breeding, biotechnology in plant breeding, plant technology, and plant productions. Ilmu Pertanian (Agricultural Science) is published three times annually, April, August, and December.

Ilmu Pertanian (Agricultural Science) is published by Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Gadjah Mada and Perhimpunan Sarjana Pertanian Indonesia (PISPI) is nationally accredited with Sinta 2 as a scientific journal by the Ministry of Research-Technology and the Higher Education Republic of Indonesia valid from Vol.5 No.3 2020 to Vol.10 No.2 2025.
