Efektivitas Komunikasi Perubahan Sosial dan Perilaku dalam Peningkatan Pengetahuan Gizi Remaja: Scoping Review

Abstract
Latar Belakang: Masa remaja perempuan merupakan masa krusial dalam mengembangkan pola makan bergizi yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan reproduksi di masa depan. Upaya preventif melalui edukasi gizi yang efektif khususnya pada remaja yang memiliki peran penting pada kualitas sumber daya manusia sangat krusial untuk dilakukan dalam jangka panjang. Namun, studi evaluasi berbagai pendekatan komunikasi perubahan sosial dan perilaku belum komprehensif sehingga menunjukkan pentingnya penelitian dibidang ini.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana intervensi Komunikasi Perubahan Sosial dan Perilaku (KPSP)/Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) dengan berbagai platform dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja perlunya gizi seimbang, serta mendorong penerapan kebiasaan makan sehat.
Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode scoping review yang dilakukan berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA. Terdapat 1142 artikel teridentifikasi diawal. Setelah ekstraksi dilakukan dengan melihat relevansi maka 13 artikel dipilih untuk dianalisis.
Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan gizi berbasis media sosial dan booklet menjadi platform yang paling efektif untuk menjangkau remaja, sementara pendekatan berbasis komunitas memberikan dampak yang lebih mendalam melalui dukungan personal.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penanganan KPSP, yang diterapkan melalui berbagai platform secara efektif mendorong perubahan positif dalam perilaku melalui penggunaan pesan dan intervensi yang terfokus melalui berbagai media.
