Pemanfaatan Pooled Sera sebagai Bahan Kontrol Pemantapan Mutu Internal Pemeriksaan SGPT

Abstract
Latar Belakang: Meningkatnya otomatisasi di bidang klinis laboratorium telah menjadi kebutuhan material quality control untuk memantau kinerja laboratorium. Parameter kendali mutu yang paling banyak dilakukan pemeriksaan adalah Serum Glutamic Pyruvate Transaminase (SGPT). Bahan kontrol yang umum di laboratorium kimia klinis adalah serum kontrol komersial, namun bahan kontrol ini memiliki kelemahan yaitu harganya yang mahal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alternatif bahan kontrol yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan kontrol buatan sendiri, yaitu pooled serum. Pooled serum merupakan kumpulan serum manusia yang mudah diperoleh dan diolah, serta tidak memerlukan biaya yang besar dalam produksinya.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahan kontrol Pooled sera dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan kontrol pemantapan mutu internal pemeriksaan SGPT.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen murni yang dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai Maret 2024 di Rumah Sakit Kayu Agung. Pengambilan data menggunakan dua perlakuan yaitu quality control komersial dan Pooled sera untuk pemeriksaan SGPT pada 30 sampel pasien. Data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26.0 uji T-Berpasangan.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan p<0,001, mean QC komersial (22,8 U/L) dan Pooled sera (9,8 U/L), nilai SD dan CV kurang dari 5% menyatakan kedua kontrol termasuk ketelitian sedang, serta dibuktikan dengan grafik levey jennings chart.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan pemeriksaan SGPT pada QC komersial dan pooled sera.
