Journal Summary
ASEAN Journal of Disaster Health Management (AJDHM) is dedicated to publishing high quality research in the field of disaster health management. AJDHM provides opportunities for young researchers and medical practitioners/healthcare providers in fields relevant to DHM, and researchers who may be less experienced in writing papers in English with support from experienced medical practitioners and health workers as well as world-renowned researchers and opinion leaders from both ASEAN and non-ASEAN regions. AJDHM aims to be a platform for researchers to share the latest findings and support the advancement of scientific knowledge in the field of disaster health management. The Journal publisher plans the publishing schedule by considering the target of 2 issues a year. The number of articles for each issue is about 10-15 articles per issue.
Open Access Policy
Asean Journal of Disaster Health Management is licensed under Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International : The cost for open access shall be borne by the AAN-DHM.
Scope of The Journal
- Publicize case studies of actual DHM practices in the ASEAN region, DHM domains of original research; capacity development and policy recommendations; and collaboration between health sectors and other sectors in disasters.
- Promote the WHO Health Emergency and Disaster Risk Management (EDRM) Framework in ASEAN.
- Contain world-class and high-quality articles on DHM, including articles that review world-class and high-quality articles which have been previously published in international journals.
