1.⁠ ⁠Using AI and AI-assisted technologies to perform key tasks such as generating insights, drawing conclusions, or providing recommendations is strictly prohibited.
2.⁠ ⁠⁠Author(s) may use generative AI and AI-assisted technologies to enhance readability and language quality.
3.⁠ ⁠⁠Author(s) must disclose the use of AI and AI-assisted technologies at the end of their manuscript immediately above the references or bibliography entitled ‘Declaration of AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process.’

The statement is as follows:
During the preparation of this work, the author(s) used [NAME TOOL / SERVICE] in order to [REASON]. After using this tool/service, the author(s) reviewed and edited the content as needed and take(s) full responsibility for the content of the publication.

4.⁠ ⁠Author(s) are also required to attach a manuscript that does not utilize Generative AI and AI-assisted tools, and this manuscript will be checked for AI usage.

The Journal of Indonesian Economy and Business (JIEB) will monitor and refine this policy to keep up with generative AI and AI-assisted technology developments.
