Title	Exploring the Body Dissatisfaction in Adolescence: A Systematic Literature Review

Abstract	Riset ini mengangkat isu penting terkait body dissatisfaction pada masa adolescence yang terbukti berdampak multidimensional seperti penurunan kepercayaan diri, gangguan kesehatan mental, perilaku diet tidak sehat, dan munculnya kecenderungan gangguan makan. Riset ini bertujuan menganalisis perilaku body dissatisfaction pada remaja dengan usia 11-20 tahun dan mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi body dissatisfaction pada remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review dengan menganalisis 50 artikel yang diperoleh dari Google Scholar, Sinta, Publish or Perish, Springer Nature Link, BMC Psychology, Scimago Journal, dan DOAJ dengan rentang publikasi tahun 2017-2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa body dissatisfaction pada remaja dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti persepsi diri dan harga diri dan faktor eksternal seperti media sosial, standar penampilan, dan tekanan sosial, serta berdampak signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis remaja. Sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa body dissatisfaction pada masa adolescence merupakan fenomena kompleks yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor multidimensional dan memerlukan pendekatan intervensi yang komprehensif dan berbasis bukti.
