Annie Pohlman is Senior Lecturer in Indonesian at The University of Queensland. She is author of Women, Sexual Violence, and the Indonesian Killings of 1965-66 (2015), and co-editor of three volumes of genocidal violence in Indonesia and Asia. Her research interests include Indonesian history, gendered experiences of violence, torture, oral testimony, and comparative genocide studies.
