A. Copyright Notice

Authors who publish with the Journal of Applied Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (JAOSHE) agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant JAOSHE the right of first publication. The article is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons license, which allows others to share and adapt the work provided that proper credit is given to the original authors and the journal.
  2. Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in JAOSHE.
  3. Authors are also encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or personal websites) before and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges and greater citation of published work.
