GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION

Pre- Submission: Registration Requirement
Before submitting a manuscript, authors must register as an author [here]. Please fill in the registration form as completely as possible. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory. After completing the form, click on the “Register” button. Once registered, you will be directed to the Author Submission Dashboard, where you can begin your submission by clicking “New Submission”

In the Start a New Submission section, click “Click Here” to proceed to Step One of the five-step submission process.

Step 1 – Start Submission

Authors must confirm the following before proceeding:

  1. The manuscript has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere (unless clearly stated in the Comments to the Editor).
  2. The file is submitted in .doc, or .docx format.
  3. URLs for references have been provided where applicable.
  4. The manuscript uses single spacing, 12-point font, and italics instead of underlining. Illustrations, tables, and figures are embedded in the text at appropriate locations.
  5. The manuscript follows the style and bibliographic requirements stated in the Authors Guidelines.

Step 2 – Upload Submission

  1. Upload your manuscript under the component "Article Text".
  2. Ensure the manuscript complies with the formatting and anonymity requirements for blind review.
  3. You may drag and drop the file or use the "Upload File" button.

Step 3 – Enter Metadata

Authors must provide complete metadata, including:

  1. Title and (optional) Subtitle
  2. Abstract (150–200 words) in English and Indonesian
  3. Author(s) Information: full name, email, affiliation, and role
  4. Coverage Information: define the scope of your research (temporal, spatial, thematic, etc.)
  5. Keywords: provide up to five relevant keywords
  6. References: formatted in APA style (7th edition). Use Zotero or Mendeley if needed.

Step 4 – Confirmation

Review the uploaded file and all entered metadata. If everything is correct, click “Save and Continue” to confirm the submission.

Step 5 – Next Steps

Click "Finish Submission" to complete the process. A confirmation email will be sent to the corresponding author. Authors can:

  1. Monitor their submission's progress via the the jurnal's editorial system.
  2. Track peer-review status, editorial decisions, and revisions by logging into the submission interface.
