Author Guidelines
AUTHOR GUIDELINES
- Intellectual Contribution: Authors are expected to submit manuscripts that offer intellectual contributions to ideas, concepts, or theories related to Javanese language, literature, and cultural studies.
- Copyright Ownership: Authors must declare that the submitted manuscript is original and their own intellectual property, whether individually or collectively authored. For co-authored manuscripts, the roles of the first author, corresponding author, and subsequent authors must be clearly indicated based on their contributions.
- Ethical Manuscript Submission: Authors must confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration by another journal. Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is considered unethical.
- Public Responsibility: Authors are publicly accountable for the content of their published manuscript and are required to disclose any sources of funding that supported their work.
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Any potential conflicts of interest related to the writing or submission process must be clearly disclosed.
- Post-Submission Contact: Authors are encouraged to contact the Editor-in-Chief if they discover any errors in the article after submission.
MANUSCRIPT GUIDELINES
- Format and Length: Manuscripts must be written in A4 size format, 1.0 line spacing, using Cambria font, and follow the Jurnal Arnawatemplate. The manuscript should be between 5,000 and 8,000 words, including references and appendices.
- Softcopy Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted as a softcopy in .doc or .docx format via the Arnawa journal website.
- Image Formatting: If the manuscript includes images or photographs, authors are requested to submit image files with a resolution of 72 dpi and dimensions of 800 x 600 pixels.
ARTICLE STRUCTURE
- Concise and Clear Title: The title should be brief and to the point.
- Author Identity: Author names, affiliations, and other identifying information should not appear in the body of the manuscript.
- Abstract and Keywords: Abstracts must be provided in both Indonesian and English (150–200 words each), along with up to 5 keywords in both languages.
- Manuscript Body: The main body of the manuscript should follow this structure: Introduction; Results and Discussion; Conclusion.
- References: References must follow the APA (American Psychological Association) style. Use of reference management tools such as Zotero or Mendeley is strongly recommended.
