1. Publicize case studies of actual DHM practices in the ASEAN region, DHM domains of original research; capacity development and policy recommendations; and collaboration between health sectors and other sectors in disasters.
2. Promote the WHO Health Emergency and Disaster Risk Management (EDRM) Framework in ASEAN.
3. Contain world-class and high-quality articles on DHM, including articles that review world-class and high-quality articles which have been previously published in international journals.
