agriTECH, with registration number ISSN 0216-0455 (print) and ISSN 2527-3825 (online), is a scientific journal that publishes the research results in the field of food and agricultural product technology, agricultural and bio-system engineering, and agroindustrial technology. This journal was published by the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, in collaboration with the Indonesian Association of Food Technologies (PATPI).
Furthermore, based on the Decree of the Director of Research and Community Service, Directorate General of Research and Development, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia No. 0110/C3/DT.05.00/2026, it was designated as an Accredited Scientific Journal (Sinta 2) (for Vol. 45 No. 1, 2025 – Vol. 49 No. 2, 2029).
Since 2016, Open Journal Systems (OJS) has been applied for all business processes in agriTECH. Therefore, authors are required to register in advance and upload their manuscripts online. This system allows readers, authors, editorial boards, editors, and peer reviewers to obtain the real-time status of manuscripts and purchase hard copies of journals. Finally, agriTECH publishes four times a year, in February, May, August, and November. More about the various changes that have taken place in this journal is written in its history.
